At Maxima Techno, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final.

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds on Digital Products

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital product purchased from our website.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Ebooks

  • Templates

  • Graphic bundles

  • Soundtracks

  • Journals & planners

  • PLR/MRR content

  • Themes & designs

  • Software tools

  • Any downloadable or access-based product

Once a product is purchased, you immediately receive full access, and therefore it cannot be reversed.


2. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Granted

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You thought the product was something else

  • You do not have the technical skills to use the product

  • You didn’t read the product description

  • You misunderstood the licensing rights

  • You expected features not included in the product

  • You cannot resell as expected due to marketplace policies (Etsy, Amazon, etc.)

  • You downloaded the files successfully but no longer need them

Please ensure you fully read the product description and understand the license terms before purchasing.


3. Duplicate Payments (Exception)

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, please contact us with proof of the duplicate charge.
After verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment only.


4. File Access Issues

If you are unable to access your files due to a technical problem:

  • Incorrect email

  • Broken download link

  • Server issue

  • File not opening

We will replace or resend the files at no extra cost.
This does not qualify as a refund request—only a file support request.


5. Unauthorized Purchase or Fraud

If you believe your payment method was used without permission, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
We may assist with documentation but cannot refund digital items.


6. Product Quality & Accuracy

All products are sold “as-is.”
We make every effort to provide accurate previews, descriptions, and sample images.

Preview images may include:

  • Demonstration graphics

  • Mockups

  • Sample pages

  • Product representations

These are for display purposes only and may not represent every item in large bundles.
